What are we looking for?

The role of Full Stack Engineer is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for FinTech, an intuitive, start-up mindset, and the ability to play a critical role in shaping Identitii’s software. Focusing on building an intuitive, simple product, and creating the best user experience for our customers, they will work in collaboration with the engineering team to successfully design and develop the software application from concept all the way to completion, and solve business problems.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will be to:

• Work closely with the Products team, to provide expertise and support on front and back end best practice and code quality
• Identify product opportunities and offer recommendations for future improvements
• Conduct in-depth research to support the integrity of the application build
• Write and maintain program code to meet requirements and technical specifications
• Work within an adaptive development process to deliver production ready solutions
• Develop existing programs by analysing and identifying areas for modification
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and support of applications
• Provide thought leadership around emerging technologies
• Securely store information by ensuring all endpoint security is correctly implemented. Ensure all passwords and secrets are stored in 1Password or Key Management

The ideal candidate will have

• 3+ years’ experience in a Full-Stack role or equivalent mix of back and front end experience
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue, Angular and React
• Experience with modern back end frameworks such as Golang and Java (desired, not required)
• Experience building infrastructure as code using ARM templates or terraform scripts
• RDBMS experience such as Oracle and/or PostgreSQL
• Prior exposure to main cloud providers such as GCP/Azure or AWS
• Degree in Computer Science, a related technical or scientific field, or equivalent experience
• A can-do attitude with the team at the centre of your thinking.
